After completing his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from NIT- Surat, Vivek started his career with M/S Godrej & Boyce, Mumbai from where he built a career of more than 33 years in various national and multi- national companies of repute such as Shriram Refrigeration ( USHA), Voltas, Whirlpool, Honda, Tata Power Solar, Avery and Havells. He has lead teams in Manufacturing, QA, Business Development, After- Sales Service and Project Execution. In his last assignment at Havells, he was core team member of “Solar SBU” and played a key role in establishing initial foot hold in market for Solar Products and Roof Top Systems. He has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative service delivery mechanism in rural markets. Vivek has conducted more than 200 awareness and technical training programs on solar energy and products for various schools, colleges and organizations. He has also been associated with Food processing industry as Consultant.

After having worked and guided organizations such as Haier, Videocon, LG, Onida, Usha & BPL for more than two decades with his strong urge to serve he have been successfully running KEY PATH INDIA Pvt. Ltd. which is the culmination of his dream. He has always championed the cause of the customer and has worked to ensure that people who are supposed to take care of the customer’s problems be apt, sincere, competent and prompt. Even during his stint as the Head of Service Teams - he was the guiding force for the young engineers prodding them to excel and deliver that customer delight that Brands bragged about. He is the soul of Key path and brings to the table phenomenal depth in the knowledge of understanding customer’s service needs and it’s management. His long term goal is to act as a catalyst to enhance service performance.
